COVID-19 measures for dhf training

Ensuring your safety at the dhf Training Academy

A multitude of safety measures have been undertaken for the dhf Training Academy for face-to-face learning to be totally safe for our training delegates.

We are happy to report that we have carried out full research, have a complete risk assessment and have taken all appropriate measures to re-open face-to-face training at the dedicated Training Academy premises, after postponing all training at the start of the UK COVID-19 lockdown.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

  1. Delivery is at dhf Training Academy and only locations where we can fully control safety measures
  2. Places are limited to just 16 per day, delivered in a room that can normally accommodate 25 learners
  3. Learners are sat socially distanced
  4. Properly worn face coverings are required for all training delegates, unless the training delegate is medically exempt - taking a lateral flow test is optional and a negative result will allow delegates to not wear a mask whilst at dhf training
  5. Hand sanitiser, face coverings and gloves are provided free of charge, upon request
  6. The entire classroom is cleaned after each day
  7. Lunch and refreshments such as tea, coffee and biscuits are provided
  8. A copy of the COVID-19 risk assessment can be found here
