The 2-day automated gate safety course is held at various locations around the UK.
Price is per delegate and includes all training material and post course updates. We have reviewed our risk assessment and are asking all candidates to wear masks throughout the day and going forward to bring their own packed lunch. Temperatures are being taken, hand sanitiser is provided and the scanning of the QR code before entry is required also - refreshments such as tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
This is the first day of the 2-day course, the 2nd day will be held one week later on 2 December 2020, this is to avoid the need for overnight accommodation. If you need to transfer from the agreed 2nd day to another date, please contact training@dhfonline.org.uk who will be able to arrange an alternative day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BADGES WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE SUPPLIED. IF YOU WISH YOUR DELEGATE TO RECEIVE A BADGE WITH THEIR CERTIFICATE, PLEASE PROVIDE AN UP TO DATE ELECTRONIC PHOTO.
You MUST bring a formal photographic form of ID on the day.
Given the nature of the training day, any barriers to learning such as dyslexia or difficulty in reading and writing MUST be made clear at the time of booking so arrangements can be made to accommodate all learners. Those who do have difficulty would be advised to attend a course based at Tamworth where extra support is available.
