Emergency First Aid at Work

dhf is proud to offer Emergency First Aid at Work training at its bespoke Training Academy near Tamworth. 

This 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course gives learners the essential knowledge to save lives by offering immediate assistance before medical help arrives.

This course is ABBE-accredited and provides Level 3 qualifications as well as compliance with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and HSE guidance.

The covered topics include:

• Actions in an emergency
• Resuscitation and CPR
• Use of AED (Automatic Electric Defibrillator)
• Wounds and bleeding
• Seizures
• Plus other emergency situations you may see in a workplace

Learners receive a first aid book and a starter kit of first aid accessories. Lunch and refreshments are included.

The cost of this full day is £100 + VAT per person for members and £135 + VAT per person for non-members.
