The latest in the series of DHF technical specifications, TS 015: 2026 Enhanced Security Performance Requirements for key safes or lock boxes, is now out for comment.
There are so many unsecure, cheap lock boxes on the market, protecting homes, businesses and families. Many of these products are claiming to be secure, when in fact they are not. DHF TS 015 will help guide consumers and businesses alike when buying a key safe. The TS, which will be supported by the Kitemark/Secured by Design, covers both wall-mounted and shackle-mounted key safes, creating a more comprehensive industry standard.
